If your last tile is the double blank and it wins the hand, some Puerto Rican tables call that finish a chuchazo. It is a real rule — just not one every Caribbean table shares.

What the Puerto Rican rules say
Puerto Rican rules sites (mesa28, Caribbean Trading) give a chuchazo 100 points in 500-point games. They call the double blank la chucha. That is support for calling it a Puerto Rican rule. It is not a reason to add 100 points to every Caribbean domino game.

An optional scoring example
The pre-play ends are 0 and 4 and your last tile is 0-0. You can go out on the blank end. If the tiles left in the other three hands, your partner’s included, total 18, FichaFlow’s default score is 18. If your table explicitly enables a 100-point chuchazo, the result is 118.

Two blank ends need an agreement
Puerto Rican guides do not agree on every chucha case, such as both ends being blank; agree it first. FichaFlow’s optional detector awards a winning 0-0 regardless of whether one or both ends were blank. It does not add capicúa for the double.

Zero pips does not mean a rarer suit
The 0-0 adds zero to a pip count. In a double-six set, seven tiles contain blank, just as seven contain any other number. Whether it is hard to play depends on the hands and board.
