1. Delete From the App or the Website
The same steps on your phone and on fichaflow.com.
Sign in to the FichaFlow app or to fichaflow.com, open Settings, go to Data & Account, and choose Delete account. Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and confirm. We email you to confirm the request.
Before you delete, you can download a copy of your data from the same section.
2. If You Can't Sign In
Email us from the account's address.
Write to support@fichaflow.com from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it. If you can't use that address, tell us your username and we will ask you to confirm the account is yours. We then start the same deletion process.
3. 30 Days to Change Your Mind
Hidden first, deleted after 30 days.
Once you ask, your account is hidden from other players and signed out on every device. For 30 days you can cancel by signing in again or with the link in the email we send. After 30 days the deletion is final and cannot be undone.
4. What Is Deleted
Your account and the personal information tied to it.
When the 30 days are over, we delete:
Your account: email address, username, display name, password and sign-in methods.
Your profile: photo, bio, flag and settings.
Your Fichas, characters, items, levels, achievements and streaks.
Your follows, club memberships, notifications and reports you made.
Scanner photos kept for training, and the analytics tied to your account.
5. What Is Kept
Only what other players' records need, without your account.
Some records are part of other players' history, so they stay without being linked to you:
Matches you played stay in the other players' history under your former username.
Tables and clubs you created pass to another member, or are deleted if no one else used them.
A record of the deletion, including the email address and username, kept for 12 months to handle disputes and show it happened.
Email delivery records, with your address removed.
Backups and logs, until they expire on their normal cycle.
Leaving is always your call.
