1. What Cookies and Similar Storage Are
Small pieces of data your browser keeps for a site.
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage and the storage used by web app features, work the same way. This policy calls them all cookies. It applies to the FichaFlow website.
2. Essential Cookies
Needed for sign-in and security.
These keep you signed in, protect your account and your sessions, support sign-in, verification and password reset, and help prevent abuse. They may be shared across FichaFlow's own subdomains so you stay signed in across them. The site does not work properly without them, so they cannot be turned off in FichaFlow.
3. Preferences and Site Features
Remember your choices and keep the site fast.
These remember your language, theme, game settings, prompts you have seen and similar choices, and store parts of the site so it loads faster and works with weak connections. If you use My music, the songs you pick are kept in your browser's storage on that device. If you allow browser notifications, your browser keeps a notification subscription.
We also keep a random identifier to decide which version of a feature your browser sees while we roll changes out gradually. It is not used for advertising.
4. Analytics and Ad Measurement
Optional, and off until you agree in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
Product analytics: we keep a random identifier in your browser's storage (not a cookie) to understand how FichaFlow is used. The Privacy Policy explains what it records and what it never receives.
Google Analytics: on our public pages, such as the home page, Learn articles and free tools, to measure visits, campaigns and engagement. It uses cookies or similar storage.
Meta Pixel: on the same public pages, to measure our ads on Meta's platforms and to help show our ads to people who may be interested. Meta may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive information about your browser and the pages you visit.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel do not run inside games. Google and Meta handle what they receive under their own privacy policies.
5. Your Choices
Turn optional cookies off at any time.
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics and ad measurement stay off until you agree. Everywhere, you can turn them off at any time under Your privacy choices at the bottom of the website, or in Settings > Privacy. When you are signed in, turning analytics off follows your account to your other devices. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of ad measurement.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and may stop parts of the site from working.
6. Changes and Contact
We update this policy when the site changes.
We update this policy when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
