Choose the rule before the hand
Capicúa means going out on a tile that fits both open ends. What it pays depends on the table. The Bronx Journal reports +25 at Washington Heights tables. Wikipedia en español says 25 or 30, and a Dominican rules site says normally 25.
Two published Dominican tournaments used both values: the 2019 Copa Alcaldía de Santiago paid 25 and a 2025 tournament in La Guáyiga paid 30. Diario Libre columnist Aníbal de Castro writes that 'en algunos corros vale doble'. In Puerto Rico, capicú pays 100 in games to 500.

Add the agreed bonus to the pips
With pre-play ends 2 and 6, going out on 2-6 qualifies. With 19 pips to count, the hand scores 44 with a 25-point bonus or 49 with a 30-point bonus. Many tables do not count a double, and in FichaFlow a 6-6 finish on two 6 ends is not capicúa.
In everyday play only the losers' tiles count, not the partner's. FichaFlow counts every tile left in all four hands by default, the partner's included; a table can switch to the losers' tiles only in its rules.

What FichaFlow applies
The default is 25. Change it to 30 for a table that uses 30, or zero when your table does not pay capicúa. A setting describes your table, not a national rule.
