Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, joining a session, or otherwise using FichaFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may only use FichaFlow if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and if your use does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform rule.

FichaFlow currently supports email/password sign-in and Google sign-in. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your account details current, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless it resulted from FichaFlow's own failure to maintain reasonable security. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change credentials where applicable, review active sessions, revoke other sessions, and contact support promptly.

FichaFlow provides digital tools around Dominican domino, including scorekeeping, session management, clubs, tournament brackets, public profiles, rankings, follows and rivalry surfaces, daily puzzles, daily challenges, streak systems, browser-based or online play features, and related account or support flows.

Some features are public, some require an account, and some depend on browser support, device capability, region, or current product availability. Feature availability may change over time.

You agree to use FichaFlow lawfully, respectfully, and in a manner that does not interfere with other users or the service itself. This includes respecting clubs, tournament tools, online play systems, matchmaking, progression systems, and abuse-prevention controls.

Rankings, online games, streak systems, puzzle systems, and challenge systems depend on fair and honest participation. You may not manipulate these systems or attempt to gain an unfair advantage through automation, exploits, multi-account abuse, or other deceptive conduct.

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.

• Do not cheat, collude, manipulate rankings, exploit bugs, or automate prohibited gameplay or platform actions.

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to FichaFlow systems or other accounts.

• Do not send spam, malware, unlawful content, or infringing material through the service.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to FichaFlow, such as bios, profile details, club descriptions, invite text, and other user-provided content. By submitting content, you grant FichaFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate the rights of others. FichaFlow may remove, restrict, or review content that appears to violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable law.

FichaFlow may display public rankings, club statistics, rivalry summaries, public profiles, and match history based on the current product design and each user's privacy settings.

Some records may remain available, or may be preserved in anonymized form, after account deletion, moderation, or other account changes when doing so is necessary to preserve match integrity, tournament records, club history, or other community-facing records affecting other players.

FichaFlow does not guarantee that every score, ranking, or history entry will always be error-free. Users are expected to report issues in good faith and not exploit known or suspected errors.

FichaFlow relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, advertising measurement, email delivery, authentication support, and browser push delivery. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time, including clubs, tournaments, rankings, online play, puzzles, challenges, streak systems, or other community surfaces. We may also update these Terms when the product or legal requirements change.

FichaFlow may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, harmed other users, or exposed FichaFlow to legal or operational harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FichaFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FichaFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction that lawfully applies to FichaFlow and the dispute at issue. Where permitted by law, disputes should first be raised with FichaFlow so the parties have a fair opportunity to resolve the matter informally.
